Our vision is that every club in our district will participate in a service project across Nassau, Suffolk, Brooklyn, & Queens filling our towns with a showcase of the power of Rotary Service.

Please complete the following brief Club Interest Form so that we know your club wants to participate.

Don't worry, you do not need to know what the project is yet.

We will be using this information to get an idea of which clubs are interested in doing a project and provide a few suggestions of joint projects that are already in the works.
